The majority of Computime’s sales come from resellers who add value to our product in the form of software, systems integration or logistics support of an end user rollout.
Computime’s market strengths center on a highly trained staff to help customers with the pad selection process, as a function of the vertical market and horizontal application requirements. Computime maintains Topaz inventory with the goal of same day shipment on standard products. Computime post-sales support minimizes “no trouble found” incidents, provides hot spare logistics and RMA administration with serial number control.
